다. 이 adolescent(청소년)기본법 3조에서 adolescent(청소년)육성이란 ①adolescent(청소년)의 복지를 증진하고, ②adolescent(청소년)의 수련활동을 지원하며, ③adolescent(청소년)교류를 진흥하는 것이라고 했다. 그리고 1991년 6월 27일 adolescent(청소년)의 건전육성을 위해 1992년부터 2001년까지 10년간 시행될 adolescent(청소년)기본계획과 그 근거 법으로서 1991년 12월 17일 adolescent(청소년)기본법을 제정하여 1993년 1월 1일부터 발효되고 있다아
