Influencing the political environment 사회적 environment(환경) 의 influence(영향) Every society and organization has a form of governance. Political and ethical environments are closely knit because governance is coupled with values for at least two reasons. First, just as values serve individuals as “`a standard for guiding one’`s actions and thoughts, for influencing the actions and thoughts of others, and for morally judging oneself and others”` (Leithwood et al., 1999, p. 105), the same is accurate for societies and organizations. Second, the purpose of governance is to support the organization’`s values and aims (Sarason, 1997).
